Brides' Best Friend

Wish you had someone to bounce ideas off of, calm your nerves, and help you make confident decisions? This package gives you a dedicated wedding “best friend” throughout your planning journey — someone who’s always in your corner.
Includes:
• Text & email support (up to 6 months before the wedding.)
• Guidance and feedback on ideas, details, and logistics.
• Assistance creating and refining your wedding timeline.
• Trusted vendor referrals and recommendations.
• Bonus: $250 is credited toward Wedding Day Coordination if you choose to upgrade later.

Day of Coordination

• Complimentary consultation call.
• One planning meeting one month before the wedding.
• One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination.
• Custom wedding day timeline creation.
• Up to 8 hours of on-site wedding day coordination.
• Day-of vendor communication and management.
• Décor setup facilitation.
• Processional cueing and ceremony assistance.
• Distribution of vendor gratuities.
• Unlimited text & email communication leading up to the wedding.
Beyond the Day
Starting at $1,300 + tax
Perfect for couples who want support before, during, and after the wedding. Combine planning guidance with day-of coordination for a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Includes EVERYTHING in other two packages plus an individualized plan to support you best throughout the entire wedding process.
Extras
• Extra hours can be added to package for an additional cost.
• Mileage beyond coordinators designated area has an additional fee.
• Assistant coordinator is required for weddings with over 200 people at an additional cost.
